Withdrawal – Product Returns – Consumer Rights

If, upon receipt of the goods, you wish to return, replace, or repair the product, you may contact us within fourteen (14) calendar days to arrange this. This does not apply to custom-made products (made to order), handmade creations, or handcrafted products (knitted bonbonnières). If you wish to return a product, you must notify us in writing by fax: 210 – 55 60 442 or by e-mail to sales@olgakaraververis.com with the subject “Order Return Request” stating the date, purchase document number, and reason for return. Within the above deadline, you will receive a return authorization from the company as well as the address to which the products must be returned. After we receive and inspect the returned products, you will receive an email or fax/letter with our final acceptance and a refund for the returned products, including the original shipping costs. In any case, the cost of returning your products is entirely at your expense. Returns will only be accepted upon receipt if the returned products are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e., without having been unsealed or tampered with, along with the sales documents (Retail Sales Receipt/Sales Invoice). The costs (repair or return of products) to our Company are entirely at your expense.

Shipping Terms

Your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days.

TSIMPLEKA OLGA is not responsible for delays in delivery (including delivery) due to circumstances beyond its control or force majeure, and shall be entitled to an extension of the delivery time. Indicative examples include strikes, terrorist acts, war, supplier/transport/production problems, exchange rate fluctuations, government or legislative acts, and natural disasters.

The courier and transport companies we work with for product deliveries cover the whole of Greece.

The cost of packaging and shipping for parcels in non-remote areas weighing up to 2 kg is €4.80. For remote areas, the cost varies.

If your area is classified as remote by the courier company, they will contact you to arrange the method and place of delivery.

Shipments of goods that are not transported by the seller’s vehicles travel at the buyer’s risk and expense and with an agency of their choice. The seller bears no responsibility after delivery to the carrier. The buyer is responsible for the cost of transporting the goods.

Proper receipt of the goods is confirmed by the buyer’s signature on the accompanying transport document (invoice/delivery note/bill of lading).
