Returns & Cancellations
You may request a return, exchange, or refund within 14 calendar days, except for custom-made
or handmade products. Products must be in original condition and packaging. Return costs are
borne by the customer. Order cancellations can be made before dispatch by email to
sales@olgakaraververis.com.

Shipping Terms
Orders are shipped within 5–8 business days. Standard shipping cost: €4.80 for parcels up to 2kg
(non-remote areas). Remote area costs may differ. Deliveries are made via courier/transport
companies. Responsibility for goods passes to the buyer once dispatched.

Order Delays
Orders may be delayed due to supplier/customs issues, discontinued products, extreme weather,
strikes, or incorrect contact details. Delays will not exceed 30 days from order confirmation.

Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from sales or interpretation of these terms fall under the jurisdiction of the
Courts of Athens.
