Pricing & Offers
All product prices listed on the website include VAT. Special offers are valid while stocks last.
Prices may change without notice. Customers may choose between a retail receipt or a sales
invoice. The products, prices, and shipping terms are as stated in your Order Confirmation.

Payment Methods
Payment is made upon order confirmation.
I) Credit Card: MasterCard and VISA are accepted via our trusted third-party payment provider, Stripe.
DINERS and AMERICAN EXPRESS are not accepted.

Shipping within Greece
For orders with a total value over €100, shipping is free of charge throughout Greece.
For orders with a total value below €100, the shipping cost amounts to €4.80 (VAT included).
The estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days from payment confirmation,
depending on the delivery area.

International Shipping
International shipments are carried out with fixed rates per geographical
region, as follows:
European Union: flat rate €15 (free shipping for orders over €250)
Europe outside the European Union: flat rate €25 (free shipping for orders over €300)
International destinations (e.g. USA, United Kingdom, Asia): flat rate €35 (free shipping for orders over €400)

The above shipping rates apply to shipments of standard weight and volume.
In the event that the weight or volume of an order exceeds the standard limits set by the courier company, the business reserves the right to adjust the shipping cost, following prior notification and explicit acceptance by the customer.
For deliveries to remote or special locations, shipping costs may vary and will be determined following prior communication.

Order Processing Time
The preparation and dispatch time for orders is approximately up to ten (10) business days from payment confirmation.
For products made to order (custom / bespoke), the production and delivery time is up to twenty (20) business days or as otherwise agreed on an individual basis.

Indicative Delivery Times – Force Majeure
All stated delivery times are indicative and do not bind the business in cases of delays caused by force majeure or events beyond its control, including but not limited to strikes, extreme weather conditions, delays by courier companies, or customs authorities.

Shipping Responsibility
The business bears responsibility for the safe delivery of the product until it is received by the customer.
In the event of damage or loss during transit, the business undertakes the management of the issue in cooperation with the courier company, in accordance with the  applicable shipping terms, aiming for the fastest and most
appropriate resolution.

Returns – Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within fourteen (14)
days from the date of receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
– be in excellent condition,
– not have been used,
– include all original tags, and
– be returned in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on the part of the business.
Refunds are processed within fourteen (14) days from the date the returned product is received by the business, using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
The business reserves the right to refuse a return or issue a partial refund if the product is found to have been used, damaged, or altered beyond what is necessary
for reasonable inspection.

Custom / Bespoke Products
For products created according to the customer’s personalized specifications (custom / bespoke), no right of withdrawal or return is provided, in accordance with Article 3ib of Law 2251/1994, as applicable.

Customs Duties & Taxes
For shipments outside the European Union, any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges are borne exclusively by the recipient.

Additional Terms for an Enhanced Customer Experience

Size / Product Exchanges
Product exchanges are possible provided they are requested within the withdrawal
period and the product meets the return conditions outlined above.
Product Reservations
Purchased products are not considered available to other customers and cannot be reserved without full payment being completed.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Greek Law.
